Three Al Jazeera English journalists in Egypt have been handed seven-year jail terms after being convicted of "spreading false news". The Egyptian government accused Peter Greste (formerly Nine to Noon's Africa correspondent), Mohamed Fahmy and Baher Mohamed of supporting the ousted Muslim Brotherhood.
