CIA will no longer use vaccination programmes to spy

Dr. John R. Finnegan, Jr. is a professor and the Dean at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. He is an epidemiology and community public health expert, and one of the 12 Deans who co-signed a letter to the US administration, criticising the use of a fake vaccination campaign to catch terror leader Osama Bin Laden.
