Auckland businessman Josh Bayliss is the chief executive of the Virgin Group, based in Geneva, and Richard Branson's second in command. He is responsible for the management of the Group's capital investments. Josh has been with the Group since 2005, previously serving as the Group's General Counsel before taking on the CEO role in 2011.
