Anya von Bremzen is a Russian-born food writer and novelist, who now lives in the USA. She has written five cookbooks, including 'Mastering the Art of Soviet Cooking: A Memoir of Food and Longing', published by Doubleday. Anya von Bremzen is also a contributing editor at Travel + Leisure magazine and her articles have appeared in The New Yorker, Food & Wine, Saveur, and the Los Angeles Times.
