Parker set to be Labour deputy

Radio New Zealand Political Editor Brent Edwards explains the changes within the Labour Party. The Labour caucus is set to vote on the deputy leader, and Parker has been picked as the front-runner for that role. Parker will also retain the Finance minister role. Grant Robertson has been given the Leader of the House position.
