Salvation Army staff who work with asylum seekers in Nauru and Manus Island speak out. Mark Isaacs, spokesperson for current and former Salvation Army workers based at the detention centres. They have spoken out against the treatment of asylum seekers, saying detention conditions are cruel and degrading. Mark set up the recreation and lifestyle programs on Nauru and worked there between October and June.
