Safety of Wellington buildings in the spotlight

Wellington City Council says a lift shaft has developed a lean since Sunday's earthquake and is urging people living in Lukes Lane to evacuate. Wellington mayor Celia Wade-Brown, and Stephanie McIntyre, director of the Downtown Community Ministry which is based in Lukes Lane.
