Sam Phillips started out as Christian singer Lesley Phillips but in the mid-80s she changed her name to Sam Phillips and began recording with her then-husband T Bone Burnett, who produced all of her albums until they split in the mid-2000s. Sam is due to release her new album, Push Any Button, shortly.
