Daniele Mazet-Delpeuch, a self-trained cook from the Perigord region in France, was the first woman cook to work at the Elysee Palace. Her story inspired a film - 'Haute Cuisine' (Les Saveurs du Palais) which is screening at the Alliance Francaise French Film Festival.
