The disappearance in Laos of a high profile leader in the non-profit development sector has put the repressive Laos Communist party under increasing pressure to provide answers. Kathryn talks to Emma Giesen, former colleague of missing Laotian non-profit leader Sombath Somphone, a United States-trained agriculture specialist who led one of the most successful non-profit organizations in Laos, and won many awards for his public service.
