The number of young people spending the night in police cells

From Nine To Noon, 9:08 am on 24 October 2012

Kathryn talks to Miriam Menzies, the lawyer for a 16-year-old girl who was recently arrested and held in police custody for more than 36 hours in the Hutt Valley; and Hastings youth Lawyer Don Kennedy, whose clients are regularly placed in police cells.
