Post-prison state supervision of Stewart Murray Wilson
Stewart Murray Wilson, dubbed the 'Beast of Blenheim' for his various convictions including rape, bestiality, stupefying and ill-treatment of children, is due to be released from prison in September. Wilson's lawyer Andrew McKenzie joins the programme to discuss the High Court action that's been launched in a bid to enforce ongoing state supervision of Wilson after his prison term is completed. Otago University law professor Andrew Geddis also joins the programme to give his perspective on any extended supervision orders.
