Foreign charter vessel crew abuses

Glen Simmonds, a researcher with the New Zealand Asia Institute at Auckland University's school of business co-wrote the report on mistreatment of crew members on South Korean vessels, which sparked the government inquiry. The inquiry is recommending 15 measures to prevent ongoing abuse.
