Professor Gus John

Community leaders in the UK say they issued repeated warnings about a summer of violence but their voices were ignored by the country's leaders. Professor Gus John is a fellow of the London Centre for Leadership in Learning at the Institute of Education, University of London and visiting faculty professor of education at the University of Strathclyde. He is chair of Parents and Students Empowerment, a body working with parents and with excluded students and those at risk of exclusion from school.
