The head of population health at the University of Auckland, who led the NZ arm of the interphone study. A working group of 31 scientists from 14 countries at the WHO's International Agency for Research on Cancer has reviewed scientific evidence on cell phone use and says it may increase the risk of developing some types of brain cancer.
