Caring for children with disabilities

Cliff Robinson, elderly father of two disabled adults who he raises, who is in Wellington today for a forum on the issues; and Catherine Delahunty, Green MP who is hosting some of the families at Parliament who are battling the Ministry of Health to be paid for caring for disabled children.
