Peter Bradford on damage assessment at Fukushima

A former member of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Peter was on duty for the partial meltdown at the Three Mile Island nuclear plant in Pennsylvania in 1979 and gives his assessment as to how this and Fukushima compare.
