Nigerian drug smuggler employed as a Canterbury psychiatrist

Errol Parsons is the Lawyer for a convicted Nigerian drug smuggler who worked as a psychiatrist for Canterbury District Health Board. Chidozie Emanuel Onovo was yesterday jailed for 16 months on three immigation fraud charges. He was employed by the Canterbury District Health Board as a psychiatrist until immigration checks revealed he was a convicted drug smuggler.
