Report released into Air NZ test-flight crash in Perpignan

France's air safety board has recommended more stringent regulation of test flights like the Air New Zealand one that crashed off Perpignan killing seven people nearly two years ago. Early this morning, the French accident investigation body found risky flight manoeuvres, poor flight deck communication and maintenance errors were to blame for the crash.
