Wellington ultramarathon runner Nick Ashill has completed his epic run across America - five years after a serious hit and run accident in Ohio.
We spoke to Nick a few weeks back, just before he left Wellington to return to the US and pick up where he left off with his run - with one thousand kilometres to go. He crossed the finish line on Coney Island yesterday.
