2021 was a bumper year for mergers, acquisitions and takeovers and Rebecca says this year it is shaping up to be the same, with the NZ tech sector in particular is off to a flying start.
The total value of New Zealand's mergers and acquisitions transactions for 2021 was $20.4 billion - a 400% increase on the year before, according to an analysis published by Simpson Grierson at the end of last year.
