Agencies that work with victims of domestic violence are calling on employers to consider workers' safety before they push more working-from-home options.

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in more permanent work-from-home arrangements, but agencies that work with victims of domestic violence say it means some employees may well be stuck at home with their abuser.

Kathryn speaks with Holly Carrington, a policy advisor for domestic violence organisation Shine.
