Melbourne’s tighter lockdown, SOS rescue from tiny island

Australia correspondent Karen Middleton joins Lynn to look at Melbourne’s move to tighten its lockdown and what impact that will have on the federal economy.

A special payment is being made from the federal Government to try to combat the numbers of people who are sick, but can’t afford to stay at home.

And three men have been rescued from a tiny Pacific island after their SOS was spotted in the sand by a US military aircraft.
