Libby George was 16 when she created an after school job for herself, teaching kids hip hop in a rented space.

Nearly two decades later, Pump Dance Studio has grown to one of Wellington's largest with 400 dancers and 19 staff in purpose built studios.

Along the way Libby and friends formed an adult hip hop crew, competing internationally and winning a world title in 2013.

They're reforming for four shows this coming Sunday and Monday.
