Cherrie Atilano has been recognised internationally for her work helping subsistence farmers in her home country of the Philippines create sustainable sources of income. She is the founder and CEO of AGREA Agricultural Systems International, an agro-social enterprise that aims to help eradicate poverty for millions of smallholder farming and fishing families, while establishing food security. Cherrie Atilano is coming to New Zealand next month for the Boma New Zealand agrisummit.
