Call for guidelines around High-Intensity Interval Training

High-intensity interval training (HITT) is one of the biggest trends in fitness, but are guidelines needed to prevent injury? New research has found that adding volume doesn't necessarily deliver better results, and in fact can cause injury when overdone. Kathryn Ryan talks to Associate Professor Jinger Gottschall who is an exercise scientist from Penn State University.
