Australia back-pedals on fee hikes for Kiwis

The Australian government has dropped its plans to make New Zealanders studying at Australian universities pay higher fees. It had proposed legislation which would have removed access to government subsidised fees for New Zealanders and permanent residents. Kathryn Ryan speaks with the lobby group Oz Kiwi.
