Rex Tillerson & the speculation over his resignation

The US secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, has denied reports that he has considered resigning and has publicly reaffirmed his support for Donald Trump. At a hastily arranged news conference, Mr Tillerson brushed aside a question on whether he had referred to the President as a moron.
