Global head of employers: keep borders open to migrant workers

Global employment expert Linda Kromjon talks to Kathryn Ryan about keeping borders open to accommodate the needs of businesses worldwide. Linda is the Secretary-General of the International Organisation of Employers. She says freer movement of migrants is necessary to reduce labour shortages. The IOC is pushing for a dialogue at an international and national level about the future of work and the need for a flexible and diverse work force.
