Petrol Pipeline: report warned of risk

As the jet fuel crisis, now in its fifth day, continues to disrupt thousands of air travellers - questions are being asked about the country's resilience in the event of fuel shortages. Energy Consultant Ian Twomey has written two contingency reports for two different governments that looked at major, but rare, events.
