Interactive online STEM subject boost for NCEA students

From Nine To Noon, 9:32 am on 5 July 2017

A new online tool in education has been rolled out in Northland to help NCEA students in rural areas, where it can be difficult to attract specialist teachers of STEM subjects. STEM Online NZ is a free interactive teaching and learning resource, which supports teachers and students of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The resource is the brainchild of Professor Graeme Aitken, the Dean of the University of Auckland's Faculty of Education. For more information please contact Graeme via email. g.aitken@auckland.ac.nz
