Food blogger and former Raglan chef Emma Galloway's personal food philosophy is cooking wholesome nourishing food, without skimping on flavour. Emma credits her love of fresh healthy food, from being raised in Raglan by vegetarian parents who grew a lot of their own fruit and vegetables.
Her first cookbook 'My darling lemon thyme' has just been released - seasonal, simply prepared food, that is also suitable for people with food intolerances.
She will run through recipes for peanut and brown rice patties, rice paper rolls with avocado and cashews and for dessert, chocolate mousse tart.
Emma Galloway now lives in Perth, Western Australia.
