Sean Hughes, chief executive of the Financial Markets Authority on the sentencing of Bridgecorp director Rod Petricevic to six and a half years jail for misleading the finance company's investors. Last month the four directors of Lombard Finance were sentenced to community service and in the case of chairman Sir Douglas Graham a fine of $100,000, for misleading investors.
