Scott Lancaster, founder of DIY Father website - he and two friends realised there was very little info for first time dads, so they set up a website full of practical tips and stories about things like feeding, sleeping, exercise, education, discipline, solo-parenting... all from a father's perspective. It's getting hits from all over the world, and they've since published a book, Call Me Dad, which is on the shelves internationally.

Robin is 86 and swims 1km every morning, as well as participating in Tai Chi and leading an exercise group for Age Concern. He grows veges, attends university lectures and is learning Te Reo Maori. Robin's also very community minded, helping with Alzheimers Society support groups (he nursed his late wife who had the disease), and is a member of a social justice group which advocates on behalf of elderly people.
