Tony Veitch, former TVNZ and Radio Sport broadcaster yesterday pleaded guilty at Auckland District Court to one charge, of injuring with reckless disregard.

The charge relates to an incident three years ago when he kicked his former girlfriend Kristin Dunne-Powell, fracturing her spine.

Six other assault charges were dropped, in a plea bargain deal.
