First democratic election in a decade for Canterbury region

Ten fresh faces and four returning councillors are set to make up the new Canterbury Regional Council. 39 hopefuls were in the running for 14 places at the table, in its first fully democratic election in 10 years. We speak to RNZ's Canterbury reporter Katie Todd.
