Rachel Reese returns for third term as Nelson mayor

Six years ago the City of Nelson elected its first female mayor. Rachel Reese is now back for her third term, on a reduced vote count but still comfortably ahead of her nearest rival, Mel Courtney. She told RNZ she's delighted to be given the chance to lead the council for another term, as a key goal is to lift the council's performance.
