Pasifika 2013

In Early March 2013, 1,500 performers represented ten island nations at Pasifika. The singers, dancers and musicians were joined by hundreds of cooks and craftspeople who temporarily populated the ten different 'villages' in Western Springs Reserve, Auckland. Music Mix reporter Nick Atkinson headed along to the Samoan village where he found Stan Wolfgramm stepping into the role left vacant by previous Pasifika producer Olly Mai'ava.
