Richard Thompson began his stellar career 45 years ago as the teenaged founding guitarist of Fairport Convention. Since then he has established himself as one of England's top guitar players and songwriters, in tandem with his (former) wife Linda Thompson and as a solo performer. Richard Thompson recorded his latest album Electric in Nashville, working in his producer Buddy Miller's home studio. Marty Duda called him up to find out why...
