Thirty years ago Zaine Griff was a Kiwi musician in London, working and playing with the likes of The Kinks, Ultravox, Kate Bush and David Bowie. In fact he was often likened to Bowie - the two had the same performance teacher, Lyndsay Kemp. Eventually Zaine scored his own recording deal and released two albums. But then he upped stakes and moved back to New Zealand to run a music venue on Auckland's North Shore. Now Zaine Griff has ventured back into music making, releasing his third album 'Child Who Wants The Moon'. Marty Duda sat down with Zaine Griff and asked him why it took so long?
