Ariana Tikao

Kai Tahu singer Ariana Tikao - along with some other artists who work in te reo - has enjoyed wider recognition overseas than at home in Aotearoa. Tikao was a founding member of Pounamu in the 1990's, and released her second solo album Tuia in March 2008. This was produced with electronic music maker Leyton. Ariana spoke to music reporter Jody Lloyd.
