Handsome Furs

Husband and wife synth-rock duo Handsome Furs don't do the same tour circuits as other bands. Dan Bekner and Alexei Perry both grew up in a small lake-side town in British Columbia, where bands never toured - so they make a point of playing in out of the way places. They've spent the last couple of years writing and touring in Asia, resulting in both a D.I.Y. documentary for CNN called Indie Asia, and their third album for Sub Pop 'Sound Kapital'.
