Jangly New Jersey band Real Estate from Ridgewood, New Jersey, were in New Zealand in April 2012, Dunedin being somewhat of a musical mecca for them. Nick Atkinson spoke to the two guitarists in Real Estate, Martin Courtney and Matt Mondanile to talk Flying Nun, and beaches.
