RNZ Music is proud to present the new video from Tamaki Makaurau prog-rock four-piece Outside In. ‘Mushrooms’ follows the band’s guitarist on a mind-bending, psychedelic journey.
Outside In was formed by singer-songwriter Mikey Brown and guitarist Jonnie Barnard in 2012. Since then they’ve released their debut EP Nature of Dreams, and their first full length album Karmatrain, which came out in May. It received high praise from the prog community worldwide.

The video was made during lockdown using a DIY approach - vocalist Mikey Brown wrote and directed remotely with the help of his brother Ashton, and guitarist Jonnie starred in and shot the vid.
