Phoebe Bridgers - Punisher

Phoebe Bridgers has released her second solo album called "Punisher" The word punisher is used quite a bit in NZ these days - but it's a derogatory term - if you describe someone as a punisher - I asked her how she describes the word - and why she names her album that word.
