RNZ Music is proud to present the new single and video from Auckland-based indie folk artist, Sophie Mashlan. ‘Not This Time’ is taken from her recently released debut album, Perfect Disaster.

Sophie’s debut album Perfect Disaster, a unique blend of folk and indie pop, was recorded in Lyttelton with the legendary Ben Edwards, who has worked with the likes of Marlon Williams, Aldous Harding, Nadia Reid, Delaney Davidson and Tami Neilson.
Sophie is a consummate live performer, and has supported the likes of renowned Californian musician Donavon Frankenreiter, Australian singer-songwriter Vance Joy, and Berlin-based Kiwi artist Graham Candy.
