Pluto appeared at the turn of the millennium armed with indie-pop gems that met with critical success and much student radio play.

Beginning as a duo with Milan Borich and Tim Arnold, the group eventually expanded to a five-piece by the time of the release of debut album Red Light Syndrome, which was recorded in the very same studio this performance takes place.

With later hits such as the mesmerising 'Dance Stamina' and 'Long White Cross' Pluto moved beyond being studio radio favourites to welcoming a much wider audience both here and overseas.

It wasn't to last however, with the group eventually disbanding during work for an unreleased fourth album.
