New York four piece Parquet Courts have built their reputation with dry wit, wiry guitar tones and a vocal performance that goes from lethargic to lethal with the flick of a switch.
While last years Monastic Living EP may have been a little too esoteric for their fan base, they've followed it up with Human Performance, one of their strongest and most vulnerable albums to date.
