When Tom Scott and Lui Tui surprise released Average Rap Band’s debut album El Sol last week, it was announced with an essay from Tom that riffs on where the synth-y, sunshine-drenched LP sits alongside records from Home Brew and @Peace.
So, when Tom talked to Sam Wicks about El Sol down the line from his Melbourne flat, he began by reading back his self-penned piece.
