Amiria Grenell is a Christchurch-based folk singer songwriter with a strong musical pedigree. Her father is country music stalwart, John Grenell, whose voice is most familiar with his remake of Welcome To Our World, and her brothers - Oakley, Denver and Redford - are musicians in their own right.

Having just released her third album, Autumn, earlier this year, she enlisted her brothers’ talents on the long player.

Yadana Saw sits down for a stripped back version of Amiria’s latest work, and finds that the musical talent also runs strong in the younger generation of the family.
